Kadey Named February Apprentice of the Month
At A S Training, we believe apprenticeships are about more than gaining a qualification. They help people build confidence, develop skills and start long term careers.
Each month we recognise an apprentice who has shown exceptional commitment to their learning. For February, we are delighted to name Kadey from Adore Holidays & Cruises as our Apprentice of the Month.
Kadey’s dedication to her apprenticeship has truly stood out.
Outstanding Commitment to Learning
Kadey consistently involves herself in every part of her programme. She is always eager to learn and develop her skills.
Michelle Van Sprang, Managing Director at A S Training, explained why Kadey was selected:
“This recognition is based on your outstanding commitment to learning and the way you consistently involve yourself in all aspects of your programme. You actively seek feedback and use it to improve your work and performance. That is exactly what makes a great apprentice.”
Seeking feedback and acting on it is a key part of professional development. Kadey has embraced this mindset throughout her apprenticeship.
Growing Confidence and Professional Skills
One of the most rewarding parts of apprenticeships is seeing learners grow in confidence.
Kadey has made excellent progress since starting her programme. She continues to become more confident and assured in her work.
Michelle added:
“It has been fantastic to see your confidence grow. You are becoming stronger and more assured in your approach, and that progress has not gone unnoticed. You are a real pleasure to have on programme.”
Confidence is especially important in the travel industry, where communication and customer service are essential skills.
A Strong Partnership with Her Assessor
Kadey has also built a positive and productive relationship with her assessor.
Successful apprenticeships rely on strong collaboration between the learner, employer and training provider. Kadey’s engagement and communication are a great example of how this partnership should work.
Michelle commented:
“Your relationship with your assessor is also a brilliant example of how a positive and proactive working partnership should look. The way you engage, communicate and take ownership of your development truly sets you apart.”
Taking ownership of learning is one of the most valuable qualities an apprentice can have.
Supporting Careers in the Travel Industry
Kadey is completing her apprenticeship while working at Adore Holidays & Cruises. This allows her to gain valuable experience in the travel industry while developing her skills.
At A S Training, we are proud to work with employers who invest in apprenticeships and support their teams.
Apprenticeships help businesses develop talent while giving individuals the chance to build a successful career.
A Well Deserved Achievement
Kadey’s commitment, enthusiasm and positive attitude have made her a standout apprentice.
Michelle concluded:
“We are incredibly proud of you. Keep doing exactly what you’re doing.”
Congratulations Kadey on being named A S Training’s February Apprentice of the Month. We look forward to seeing your continued success.
