What is a Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship?
This is entry level Customer Service covering the basics and is targeted at school leavers who require upskilling on basic customer service knowledge, skills and behaviours. This is working at a GCSE level and will provide the learner with general customer service skills, allowing them to conduct and perform in a professional manner, looking at different customer types to build on their interpersonal skills.
