The Future Leaders Programme is a fully funded leadership development opportunity designed to support individuals as they take their first steps into leadership or progress in the early stages of management.

Launching on 24 March, this programme delivers the Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship in a condensed eight month format, offering a slick, streamlined approach that focuses on practical learning, industry insight, and structured development. This accelerated delivery is designed to help future leaders build confidence, capability, and credibility – without unnecessary complexity.

Places are limited to 30 and early sign up is strongly encouraged.

Who Is the Future Leaders Programme For

This programme has been designed for individuals who are ready to grow into leadership roles, including:

Funding and Qualification

This programme is fully funded through available levy support, helping to remove financial barriers and make leadership development accessible.

On successful completion of the programme, subject to the learner passing their End Point Assessment, participants will achieve a nationally recognised Level 3 Team Leader qualification.
