Team Leader Apprenticeship

This is for those in a leader / supervisor role (assistant / manager) or with the intention of stepping into a senior role. Providing them with knowledge, understanding and behaviours of how to successfully manage and run a team. Such things as staff morale, appraisals, 1-2-1’s, time management, conflicts in the workplace, organisation, helping establish and develop personal effectiveness in the workplace to constructively run a team and maximise their team’s full potential. This apprenticeship programme will explore behaviours, awareness and performance management. Developing, harnessing and enhancing productivity.
