What the Role Involves:
As an apprentice, you will gain practical experience while working alongside industry professionals. Your role will include:
- Answering inbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Delivering outstanding customer service on every call.
- Creating and tailoring holidays to meet travel agents’ customer needs.
- Meeting sales targets and maximizing opportunities, including ancillary sales such as day tours, car hire, and transfers.
- Ensuring accuracy by reading back customer itinerary details.
- Following up on enquiries and quotes from customers.
- Communicating professionally with both internal and external customers.
